With the coming of knowledge-based economy era, human resource becomes a key to that enterprises acquire the competition advantages and employee training grows into the strategic requirement of enterprise development with playing important roles gradually. But most of enterprises think only much of training and ignore the training evaluation, which leads to bad training effectiveness. In order to solve this problem this article research on the method of the training evaluation.In this article, the author starts with from general research to existing methods of the training evaluation; secondly, the author illustrates the present situation and problems of the methods of the training evaluation; thirdly, the author also analyzes the requirement of the knowledge-based economy era and the characteristics of all kinds of methods; finally, the author puts forward a new method of training evaluation named the integrating training evaluation method. The aim of this new method is to provide a scientific and systematic concept guidance of the training evaluation and training management for the enterprises.This article not only exceeds the limit of studying specific operation of the enterprise training evaluation but also makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis to the evaluation of training. The author expounds the theoretic basic of the evaluating methods, analyses the existing evaluating methods comparatively, explains the flows and contents of the training evaluation and finally advances the integrating evaluation method. Then the article introduces the contents and steps of the integrating evaluation method, uses this method to evaluate a training item and draws the evaluating conclusions which proves the adaptability and reality of the integrating evaluation method. The author also brings forward that the training evaluation is a systemic engineering and effective evaluating needs corresponding organizations and systems. This article will certain have reference to the training evaluation practice and theory research of the enterprise training evaluation.
