It is the developing target and inevitable choice for the world to realize sustainable development. It is also one of the most important subjects for all of the countries. While macro-economy sustainable development is on the precondition of collective micro-economic sustainable development, industrial enterprise, which is the essential unite of economy, is the base of macro-economic sustainable development and the important guarantee of society sustainable development. With elucidating the concept and connotation of industrial enterprise sustainable development in detail, the author investigates generic rule about the development process of industrial enterprise with the model of logistic, suggesting the collectivity strategy on realizing sustainable development. After analyzing the composition of forces and the main influential factors, the author puts forward a notional model of industrial enterprise sustainable development. Then, the evaluation indicator system is constituted from three factors: development capability ,existent capability and the harmony of industrial enterprise with society and resource. Considered the characteristic of indicator system, exponential and property-liability methods are applied to evaluate the development capability, Fuzzy Comprehensive-Evaluation (FCE) applied to analyze existent capability and the harmony. With the comprehensive evaluation model, the author figures out the comprehensive evaluation result of industrial enterprise sustainable development, which clearly reflects the quantitative level of industrial enterprise sustainable development and offers an academic and realistic gist for establishing and executing the following strategies.
