Research, Based On The Sustainable Development Of Industrial Land In Zhejiang Province Mode

Sustainable development is a very important, because it not only dues with the needs of the present, but also dues with the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. So for a long time all kinds of people all over the world pay attention to it. The two books of SILENT SPRING and THE LIMITS TO GROWTH made human beings to relate their own action with the environment. And the U.N three summits on sustainable development, especially the World summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) which took place in Johannesburg, south Africa, from August 26 to September 4,2002 put human beings on a new path to understand and implement sustainable development.The area and recourses of Zhejiang province is little, but she has more people, and it develops very quickly, which GDP is the fourth in China. Facing this reality, it is very imminence for Zhejiang province to implement sustainable development. Though there are a lot of people have researched this question, but there no people researched from the model of industry using land. The civilian economy of Zhejiang province is developed, the industry using land is more in proportion to all land. Since 1990,1.6197 million acres of land have been used for construction and industry, On the other hand, in ten years, the area of ploughed land have decreased 1.7167million acres, The ploughed land for per person have decreased from 0.62 to 0.54 acres. Different models of industry using land have different infection on sustainable development.So through studying and analyzing some example from reality this dissertation try to find a new model of industry using land which redounds to zhejiang province to implement sustainable development.This paper includes five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background of sustainable development; sums up the research for sustainable development; and brings forward the necessary Zhejiang province implement sustainable development.The second chapter gives the definition and the classes of sustainable development.The core of the dissertation is from the third chapter to the fifth chapter, through analyzing the status quo of industry using land of Zhejiang province, which points out some issues and brings forward the right model of industry using land of Zhejiang province.The innovations of the dissertation includes:1. The first time to relate sustainable development with the model of industry using land.2. On the base of space centralizing, bringing forward intention centralizing.3. Dividing the model of Eco-Industrial using land into Eco-Industrial Parks and Green Parks.In a word, this dissertation is different form the old research for sustainable development, it mainly points out that Zhejiang should adopt which kinds of model if her want to realize sustainable development.
