Study On The Knowledge Management And Solution Of Agricultural Machinery Enterprise

In the current times, with the fast development of knowledge economy, the conception of knowledge management is now playing a more and more important role in many walks of life. Obviously, as a kind of traditional manufacture, the agricultural machinery enterprises drop behind other spheres in today's society. To catch up with the current reformation of management and upgrade the capability of competition, it is essential for the agricultural machinery enterprises to implement the method of knowledge management.The paper mainly focuses on the introduction of the conception of knowledge management to the agricultural machinery enterprises, including the analyses of the software and technology for supporting the knowledge management system, the exploration for the concrete ways to realize such a style of management and the theoretical research on it.Through the study of the questionnaire investigation pertaining the situation of the knowledge management system's construction in a part of Chinese agricultural machinery enterprises, the author did the research on the vitality and feasibility of implementing the style of management systematically. The writer also compared the settlements for the knowledge management, such as the ways from the LOTUS, Microsoft and the Tsinghua Tongfang company. Finally, the author chose the Tsinghua Tongfang's settlement as the software foundation for the knowledge management in agricultural machinery enterprises.This dissertation also analyzed the steps of constructing such a management system from the general theories, based on the methodology of Shandong Shifeng corporation. In the mean time, the author put forward many ways to conceive the settlements according to the different levels of the companies.
