The labor power capital became the key of business success or failure at 21st centuries which administration is man-native administration. At the age of man native administration, salary management is not simply the procedure of giving wages to employees, or increasing the salary level. Enterprises must set up bran new conception, bring to bear fire-new method of salary management and let it become the efficient tool that will satisfy the demands of employees, will retain the person with ability, will keep the contest force and construct or organize the community of personal life. Therefore, carrying the research of the principles of salary management will help to the formation of modern enterprise system, the development of national economy and the continuous progress of society.The author of this article put his primary efforts on the research of reform of salary principles from the fact after the enterprise have finished the transform form a state-owned one to a finite responsibility corporation. It broke out salary mode formed under the planned economy and made the salary have the function of promoting on the basis of completing the basic function, paying for the manpower resources. Throughout the research of concrete principles of salary, first of all, the author analyzed the original lone and found out all the questions that were inappropriate with enterprise management. Then, he resolved all of the questions not only according to the 7 principles of salary but also cited the theory of management by objectives. Finally, he built up the new salary principles.A conclusion has been drawn through the salary management's operating at enterprise. In limited liability corporation whose shocks are controlled by state-owned capital, salary management system inspire employees greatly after the enterprise have cited modern enterprise management system, applied scientific management theory and join it with the fact of its own. It combined the profits of the enterprise and the income of employees, allowing for both of then. It also enforced employees' self-management consciousness and advanced the economic profits all-out.
