The state-owned enterprises are the brace of national economy, the reform of which isthe key to the reform of economic mechanism. And they decide the success or failure of thereform of economic mechanism. The entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises are specialsocial resources in the marketing economic system. They are very important to the reformand development of state-owned enterprises. At present the reform of state-ownedenterprises is on the important stage of economic development.
