Research On Compensatory Mechanism Of Industry To Agriculture In The Dual Economy

Based on general theories of relationship between industry and agriculture and dual economy structure, this paper studies mechanism which industry finances and compensates agriculture, aims at china's agricultural development as well as the transformation of dual economy structure. The major viewpoints and conclusions of this paper are as follows: The dual economy structure and gap between industry and agriculture have increase severely in the course of industrialization .From both aspects of agriculture and industry development level and the transformation of dual economy structure, the paper points out that agriculture development being backward and has being hindered China's transformation of dual economy structure. Therefore to change this situation, Agriculture should be feed back by industrial capital and technology or human resource supply. The paper shows us that agriculture development and the transformation of dual economy structure must emphasis not only on the drive of industry to agriculture but also on the development of agriculture itself. To feed back agriculture effectively, the relevant mechanisms are necessary. According to demand of rapid agriculture development, five important mechanisms are put forward. They include investment, human resource, agricultural science and technology, protective police and agribusiness. Through analyzing the present difficulties and obstructive factors in foundation of mechanism above mentioned, this paper put forward some suggests.
