The Study On Pesticide Management

This study investigated the situation and major problems of manufacturing, distribution, application of domestic pesticides as well pesticide residue in food and management, and discussed in depth the management of pesticide in China based on establishing friendly environment in worldwide, sustainable developing of agriculture and new trends of international pesticide management. Modern pesticide management must be set up on basis of safety, and unite tightly with actual farm production and market. For improving development healthy of China Pesticide Industry and Farm production, pesticide management system built must conform to the situation of a country and international pesticide management through investigation and research of establishment of policy, management system & means as well market mechanism. The all levels of agricultural department as main body of integrative pesticide management were brought forward in this study to assort with administration permission, surveillance & inspection, punishment of administration infringement. And a series of regulation and rules for pesticide registration, good management practice of pesticide production, distribution permission, licence & training of pesticide application, intermediation of phyto-toxicity, disclosing the spot test results of pesticide quality and pesticide residue in food and went behind the related responsibility person should be established and consummated. In addition, some practical measures were designed in details, such as reinforcing agricultural executing in law, revising Pesticide management regulation, improving public consciousness and rational application of pesticide as well practical monitoring of pesticide residue in environment.
