Analysis Of China's Rural Social Security System In View Of Justice

With the development of social market economy, social justice problem, which is reflected by the great gap between the poor and the rich, is more and more prominent and is paid attention. But there are different understandings of justice in different areas and different social stratum. Whether it can be scientifically understood or not, not only affects the people's correct appraisal on society, also is affecting the establishment of our new social security system. There must be a clearer idea to establish the social security system, that is justice. Since the establishment of the people's public of China, our country has implemented the dual structure social security system. It's obviously unjust. The system made the gap between the rural and urban greater and greater. "Peasant problems" is still a difficult problem. Peasants are still weaker groups. Their dissatisfaction is serious day by day and finally can endanger the social politics' stability and the Party's political legitimacy. So it is necessary to establish and perfect a new social security system based on justice.The paper uses the methods that unified the standard analysis and the real diagnosis analysis. It traced the meaning of justice, the relationship between justice and system, theoretically analyzed that justice is the chief ethical value for designing the system, and the social security system is the practice form of justice in system field, and in the view of justice, analyzed the present situation of our current rural social security system, its problems and their origins. It put forward the reflection and the countermeasure to the new rural social security system. And further elaborated the great significance of establishing the new social security system. The paper narrated the present situation of our social security system, discussed its unjust performance and its reasons. And analyzed the basic questions faced to construct a justice social security system.Part 4 Establishing a just social security system and its affect on China political development. Taking justice as value orientation not only is the goal our rural social security system must pursue, also is the goal which each system design and arrangement must pursue. Because the just system design can guarantee the realization of the peasants' equal national treatment, also is the request of political stability, and also the key to the party's political legitimacy.
