Research On Government Competitive Intelligence System Based On E-government Platform

With the deepen and accelerating process of economic globalization and the global network, especially the complex and uncertain internal and external competitive environment under the government's jurisdiction, we are keenly aware that the government competitive information (GCI) is facing new challenges, opportunities and historic mission.This paper adopts a set of methods such as literature surveys, internet surveys, field surveys, empirical analysis and comparative analysis to give a systematic and comprehensive study of how to embed and run the government competence information system into E-government platform.There are five parts of this paper. The basic contents and general structures are as follows:The first chapter begins with the background and significance of this research, then, follows an introduction to the research status both at home and abroad aiming at the content of the government competitive information.Chapter two discusses the concept and related definitions of the competition. It sorts, summarizes and analyzes the content and application of the government competition information.Chapter three discusses the role and significance of carrying out the government competitive information and the basic conditions for work under the e-government environment.On the basis of the previous chapters, chapter four discusses how to build government competitive intelligence system under the improved e-government platform, and how to do work with this platform.Taking the competitive intelligence centre of Hunan as a case, chapter five discusses a set of mechanisms and methods applied in their work. Through this case study, taking the e-government as the platform, the author proposes the clue of building the government competitive information system.
