Competitive Intelligence To Enhance The Core Competitiveness Of Enterprises, Mechanism Of Action Study

This dissertation starts its research on the contents of competitive intelligence and the core competence of enterprises and combines the research results both domestic and international. It analyzes the contents of competitive intelligence and the core competence of enterprises; discusses the relationship between them; investigates the effects of the main parts of competitive intelligence on the components of core competence; then it draws the functioning mechanism that applying competitive intelligence to step up the core competence of enterprises. It mainly solves several problems including: analyzes the contents of competitive intelligence with competitive intelligence cycle; analyzes the components of core competence; analyzes the needs for competitive intelligence in order to build core competence for enterprises and elaborates how the main parts of competitive intelligence (Key Intelligence Topics, Competitive Intelligence Analysis, Competitive Intelligence Products and Service Providing) work in stepping up the core competence of enterprises; puts forward the functioning mechanism that applying competitive intelligence to step up the core competence of enterprises from three perspectives: how competitive intelligence facilitates the technological innovation of enterprises; how competitive intelligence facilitates the operation flow of enterprises and how competitive intelligence facilitates the management strategy of enterprises.
