Community is the cell of the society, the basic unit of the city. Construction of informationization community that makes information technology an important driving force for the improvement of people's living standard is the main part of informationization construction. Recent years, with the development of the information technology and the social economy, more and more attentions to community informationization have being paid in china unprecedentedly. The nature and the ultimate goal of community informationization construction are to provide the public with efficient, high-quality electronic public services. With the management philosophy"no measure no management", a set of model of Measurement about public satisfaction for community informationization construction will be established by making an evaluation on the community informationization construction from the perspective of the public.The main contents and contributions of the research are as follows:First, putting forward the purpose of this study on the basis of addressing research background of the public satisfaction Measurement on community informationization construction and analyzing the study significance from the two levels of theory and practice. Defining the connotation of the community informationization construction through the analysis of related to concepts, and building the theoretical framework including its features, services, target, contents, platforms, etc. Discussing the research methods and paradigms related to electronic public services to provide them as reference for the public satisfaction Measurement of community informationization construction; proposing the connotation of the public satisfaction Measurement of community informationization construction through drawing on the research results of the public satisfaction; expounding the mechanism the public satisfaction of community informationization construction through analyzing the customer tolerance zones (ZOT).Secondly, building the Community Informationization Construction Public Satisfaction Index (CICPSI) Model through a series of steps that are analyzing Fornell's modelling ideas, modelling methods and classic Customer (Public)Satisfaction Index Model, combining with its own characteristics of community informationization construction, selecting the relevant variables and proposing structural relationship hypothesis.Finally, putting Yu Hu and Yue Tang area in Xiangtan City, Hunan province as the research object, drawing up the questionnaire according to the variable system of CICPSI model, collecting data by field sampling, testing the CICPSI model in order to amend and improve the models, and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions related by analyzing the empirical results.
