Study The Issue Of Implementation Subjects Of Community Correction

Community Corrections has developed rapidly in China recently, and achieved remarkable results. But the level of the selected pilots of Community Corrections remained the initial stage as opposed to developed countries. If we plan to bridge the gap between developed countries, we need to go on further study on the subject of Community Corrections, the implementing subjects in particular. This article analyses the Community Corrections issue via three parts, and gives solutions on implementation to introduce further study.This article also gives a brief introduction on the main situation, effectiveness and problems that exists in Community Corrections,on the basis of which, it also analyzes the implementing subjects.Moreover, this article demonstrates problems consist in Public Security Office; Judicial administrative organs as the subject of implementation. In the end, it proposes the courts as the subject of implementing subjects through other studies in foreign countries and feasibility analysis in China to put forward tentative ideas in details.
