Research On Aging Service In Rural Community

The aging population in our country means the rural aging population to a great extent. This problem is not only relevant to the rural family itself, but also concerns the stability of the country and the soundness of the ruling Party. If this problem can't be solved correctly, it can affect the harmonious society in rural village, which is not helpful to the building of new village and harmonious society.Solving out the aging problem in rural place means such problem has been solved well for the majority aging population.This theme of this paper is aging service in community.The paper points out the challenges and difficulties that existing in the rural community of serving aging population from the perspective of the supply-demand balance and the current situation in rural areas. It believes it is the urban-rural economic system that caused the aging service out of balance in the rural communities. The thesis first introduces the concept of aging service in rural community and its developing theory as well as the current social demand.Then the paper lists the comparison between the current demanding situation and its supply. It indicates that the demand-supply in aging service is out of balance, mainly lies in the shortage of supply and low-quality service. On the basis of analyzing the experience of Japan and British, this paper states some strategies in order to solve the aging service problems in rural community from different perspectives.
