Since the birth of human society, the continuous progress of social production and the continuous enrichment of material wealth, human beings should have had a very good life. However,in reality,a beautiful life is not added to every individual. Some people are very rich.Their wealth far exceeds their living needs. However, some people are very poor and their basic lives cannot be guaranteed. Thus, the cause of this phenomenon has become a problem for many people to think about. In this context, the discussion about justice has also entered people's perspective. For justice, people have a lot of thinking, what is justice, how can we guarantee justice, where is the cause of injustice, what is the real path to justice and a society full of justice? Through a systematic investigation of the history of human society,Marx put forward a materialist view of history, pointing out that the exploitation of the bourgeoisie is the root cause of poverty for the working people. At the same time,he pointed out that the values proclaimed by the bourgeoisie are very deceptive, and their analysis is very true. The serious defects of its system are exposed in economic production activities, and the ways to achieve justice and social ideas are proposed. Therefore,Marx's concept of justice is implicated in his examination of the history of the development of human society, implicated in his critique of the capitalist mode of production and in the theoretical construction of his vision of the future society. This article systematically elaborates Marx's concept of justice from the following four parts:The first part expounds the content of justice of Kant and Hegel, and the formation of Marx's view of justice is based on the inheritance and criticism of these thoughts. It is clear that this part clarifies the theoretical origin of Marx's concept of justice.Marx's thoughts about justice are not immutable.Through the inheritance and criticism of the liberal justice concept and Hegel's classical concept of justice, based on historical materialism,he expounded his own concept of justice. The second part, this part has combed three periods of the development of Marxist concept of justice. The first period was the beginning of the formation of Marx's concept of justice.During this period,Marx revealed the unfairness of the Prussian government under the decree that appeared to be just, pointing out the gap between institutional arrangements and reality. In the second periods,Marx revealed the root causes of injustice in capitalist society, namely the private ownership of the means of production and all the deceptive propaganda of value to safeguard this bourgeois “justice”;in the third phase from the perspective of various economic activities and production processes of capitalism,Marx pointed out the injustice concealed under seemingly just economic activities and systematically elaborated the social concept of realizing justice. In the third and fourth parts, these two parts firstly sum up the discussion of the second part and draw the theoretical characteristics of Marx's concept of justice, and then proceed from the new era of China's current socialist construction, pointing out that Marx's concept of justice is now the stage of the socialist society has important guiding significance.the combing of Marx's thought of justice will help us to build a harmonious society, achieve man's all-round development, and build a human destiny community.
