The Research On Mass Events Contingency Management System

Contingency management of mass events is an important part in our current social construction, keeping a balance between the developing economics and harmonious and steady society, which is also an important subject strengthening our party's governing capacity and advancingo ur government's construction of law. This thesis is based on mass events, and considers how to include it among contingency management in order to set up a system with Chinese social characteristics. There are four parts in this thesis.The first part introduces the fundamental theory. It is the theory base of this thesis, which discusses the nature of mass events, particularly the relationship between mass events and social development and the significance of how to solve mass events correctly.The second part points out the problems and defects, Introspects what haven't been included in contingency management on mass events. and laies the foundations for further research.The third part investigates the experience dealing with mass events in some advanced countries and areas, and gets some inspiration for our contingency management system of mass events.The forth part puts forward the reconstruction of our contingency management system of mass events, taking other countries'experience and Chinese Circumstance into consideration so as to provide important theory base for social harmony.
