The Analysis Fo Pension Public Service Requirement In Changchun

As the capital of Jilin Province, Changchun is the main city for northeast old industrial base in the construction.And its degree of aging is gradually expanded. The pension problem as a constraint to an important factor in local economic and social development is an important aspect of livelihood. The students and teachers of Northeast Asia Studies Academy of Jilin University made a survey to several important cities nationwide in December 2009 to May 2010. In this paper; I select 669 valid data samples from the part of Changchun, as the data to support this study. Through statistical analysis of these data, find the demand for pension public services, and provide some theoretical support and advice, for the solution pension problem.Public service pension is to ensure the survival of senior citizens, living, development and other social needs of the specialized services. Scholars in the past pension concerns, mainly in the elderly living conditions and pension willingness. Few in-depth analyses of the actual needs of the elderly, especially in the way of home-based old-age pension mode, the elderly on pension of public services.The existing old-age model is based on community service in Changchun. The basis of the approach based home care, nursing home and daycare center by social institutions such as pension assistance. Most elderly people do not want to leave a familiar home environment, still choose to rely on their children or relatives live. Government, community and third sector enterprises in the public service pension policy, fiscal, and hardware support. But the size and structure of supply can not meet the practical needs of the elderly in Changchun, failed to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the elderly.Through the Institute of "the survey about the living conditions of the elderly aged and demand for public services".I find the impact of life care needs of older people, medical services, mental and psychological needs of these three pension demand factors, including older individuals, family, life and environmental impact factors. The older elderly, the higher level of education, the demand for more life care. A pension for life care needs of elderly people less demand for more medical services will be top in medical examination. Older women are more willing than men and older people outside the family exchanges. A pension for the elderly more actively participates in social recreational activities.By the preceding analysis of the existing supply system and elderly care service to the actual needs of the public service pension in Changchun.It is given that pension service system constructed four-point response in Changchun. They are the expansion of government investment, and improving the level of service pension agency Strengthen the relevant legislation to protect, increase publicity and education, promote respect virtue.
