Analyse On The Route Of Our Country Citizen Supervise During Transition Period

As the socialist market economy system further reformed, the main interest, values, rights, aspirations of our society was showing a trend of diversification. Facing the new environment and situation, the party is to increase the intensity of political reform which supervision and authority of government become one of the important elements. Civil authority of government is the key component of the system. Either citizen oversight or the effect of citizen oversight is directly related to the development of socialist democratic politics and the construction of service-oriented government. However, in practice, citizens'oversights are still many issues which are not satisfactory. Citizens' oversight in Western countries has long history. Therefore, the practice of citizens' oversight in Western countries will give the reference to the reform of our citizens' oversight.The innovation of this paper mainly as follows:Firstly, based on the background which is social transition, the article focus on many changes in social characteristics of the transition period which demonstrate the development of citizen oversight. Secondly, faced on the defects and shortcomings in citizens'oversight, the article draws practical conclusions and real causes. Finally, focused on the fundamental problems, the article provides suggestions and strategies which strengthen and improve the supervision of the path of citizen oversight.
