Study On Problems Of Sustainable Development Of Family Firms In Henan Provice During Transition Period

With the enhancement of reform & opening-up and global economic integration, under the correct leadership of the Provincial Party committee of Henan, provincial government, the family firms of Henan have already expanded now, becoming vigorous combatants who are promoting the market-based process of Henan. They widen channels of employment, increase income of urban and rural residents, spur local economic growth, and facilitate processes of urbanization and industrialization. They play a very important role in national economy, and will continue making incomparable contribution to build an all-round well-off society for Henan and even for our country. This is a new economic social phenomenon arousing most attention in social changes since reform and opening-up of Henan.Based on social characteristics in Chinese transition period, this article has taken a deep analysis on development course and current situation of the family firms in Henan at first, point out several existing puzzles during their development, and analyze some reasons aiming at the problems.Secondly, taking China's access to WTO and global economic integration into account, considering good policies for non-public economic development from the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee, and transformation of the functions of a series of great policy actions and industrial and commercial systems of Henan which the provincial government puts forward in order to promote the development of non-public economy, it has a prospect for the sustainable development of the family firms in Henan with analyses on advantages of convenient traffic as this province is located in Central Plains.On basis of above, this article, employing the sustainable development theory and economic growth theory, has studied the routes of sustainable development of...
