Research On Problem Of Migrant Workers Rights And Interests Of Citizenization To DaLian City As An Example

Along with the rapid development of China’s reform and opening up,the national economy, the first-line and the second-line cities in China have constantly improved the level of the city。The authority of the national bureau of statistics shows that the urbanization rate of China has reached53.7%in2013。During the progress of rapid development in the city, a new group-rural migrant workers in cities have been produced, and gradually become an important strength to influence the development the city. They contribute to the city development and at the same time, are also the desire to integrate into the city residents class as soon as possible, and are eager to get the basic rights of citizens with the same, really to be a member in modern city. But because of the existence of the system of two structure in urban and rural areas,migrant workers have a great contrast compared with city resident in the economic, social and cultural, It very difficult to truly integrate into city life and to realize the equal rights of its citizens for them.In order to protect the basic rights of migrant workers and the status of the vulnerable groups in the city, they can be in building city at the same time, and share equal rights and interests of various aspects achievements brought about the development of the city, and then they can be happy in the development of the city life. Therefore, in order to Dalian as an example, in this study, improving the rights of migrant workers in citizenization as the subject, we try to provide some valuable suggestions for the relevant government departments in order to make this vulnerable groups of to survive and develop during the process of citizenization, and then bring the whole city development more quickly, more harmonious, more beautiful.To Dalian city as an example, this paper tries to explore the problems of rights and interests of migrant workers citizenizaton.First of all,the first part of this paper emphasize the importance and necessity of this topic from the research background and research significance, and then defined the rights and interests of migrant workers with citizens equal connotation. It elaborates the research mentality and the investigation analysis method, statistical analysis method, literature inductive method, logical analysis method. At the same time, we absorbed related literature domestic and foreign research results, providing constructive examples and thinking for this study, and finally pointing out the innovations and shortcomings.Secondly, the second part of the paper deeply analyses and shows that the survival status of migrant workers from Dalian city inside and outside with questionnaire investigation method. From the status of economic rights, social rights, cultural rights and interests, it explains why to protect their basic rights and interests and why to let them with the citizen as identity.Again, the third part of this paper "traced" the lack of rights and interests of migrant workers in the citizens. From economy roots, main body factors roots, social roots, and other aspects, it analyses and elaborates of the roots of the social problems. Finally, the forth part of thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about the perfection of civil rights issues, especially the from the cultural awareness, social atmosphere and system construction to highlight the "people-oriented" humanistic care, so that migrant workers in the realization of the citizen, get a genus of their own warm home in modern city. Hope that through this research, we can objectively understand the survival status of migrant workers, and make society pay more attention to their legitimate rights and interests of security problem in the process of citizens, the ultimate aim is to make them not only in the city to survive, but to live better and more dignified.
