On Jan.31,2010, the CPC Central Committee and State Council issued the NO.1 document and pointed out that "our government will take targeted measures to solve the problem on the new generation migrant workers", thus, the problem of new generation migrant workers has become a national focus related to the social stability. This special group faces an embarrassing situation and has two different identity senses. On one hand, they belong to farmers based on the household registration system; on the other hand, they live in the city and the living environments as well as the life style tend to be urbanization. Therefore, in some way, they are also a member of the city workers. At the same time, enterprises are also embarrassing on the employment. The job market is in short of migrate labor, while the treatment on the migrant workers is differential, which makes them feel panic in the city. Thus, the problem has become a hot topic concerned by the whole society that how to help both the new generation of migrant workers and enterprises get rid of this embarrassing situation, and how to guide the new generation of migrant workers embedding into the cities and enterprise.Different from previous studies that discussed the problem of the new generation migrant workers from system and policy perspectives, our study will explore the way how to embed the new generation migrant workers into enterprises from the psychological level based on the social identity theory. According to the dual identity senses (Farmers or City workers) of the new generation migrant workers, we assume that new generation of migrant workers are bound to make a choice in psychological identity between two different capacities in the course of paying their efforts to embed into enterprises, and different sense of identity made them produce different emotional experience, then led them to express differential in the choice of work embedding. Besides, in accordance with the high self-esteem feature of this group, we bring in a mediating variable:Discrimination Perception to help us explore more about the internal mechanism of job embedding. After putting forward our theoretical model, we propose hypotheses based on the literature review and tested the hypotheses by empirical study using 265 valid samples. This study applied literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and statistic analysis. Spss 11.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 are used. The results of this study are showed as follows:First, the correlation between identity sense and job embedding is significant. Specifically, the identity sense of farmers is negatively related to job embedding, and the identity sense of city workers is positively related to job embedding. Second, identity sense is significantly related to discrimination perception. The stronger of farmer's identity sense, the more of discrimination perception the new generation migrant workers feel; the stronger of city workers identity sense, the less of discrimination perception the new generation migrant workers feel. Finally, Discrimination perception mediates the relationship between identity sense (both farmer's identity sense and city workers identity sense) of the new generation migrant workers and their job embedding.
