Administrative accountavlility system is one effctive system which can let modern government strengthen and make sure the responsibility,improve the gorvenment magagement.Also it is the necessary requirements of building a harmonious society and a responsible government.The improvement of Administrative accountavlility system can improve the level of government management,build a responsible government and establish an effective power-control system.China's current Administrative accountavlility system get some remarkable results but there are still many problems.analysis of the current problems of chinese Administrative accountavlility system,and think of the solutions will make a great significance of building responsible government.This article write from the view of responsible government,described the basic content and theoretical basis of Administrative accountavlility system, reviewed the origin and development of Administrative accountavlility system,analyzed the statue of Administrative accountavlility system, got the response to strengthen and improve the Administrative accountavlility system of China.The article is divided into 4 parts.1:Introduction.It briefly explained the reason of topic research and signhficance of the research.analyzed and summarized of domestic situations,told the main ideas and contents of the article.2:Connotation and theory of Administrative accountavlility systemThis part is divided to 3 small sections, first one is the connatations of Administrative accountavlility system according to the difinitions of accountability subject, accountability object, accountability scope, acountability process, acountablility result.Second section discussed the theoretical basis of Administrative accountavlility system:the people's sovereignty theory, theory of government responsibility, government legal theory. The third section described the practical significance of implement administrative accountability system.3:Reviewed the administrative accountability system in the origin and development in China.
