Analysis Of Present Development Of E-Government System And Countermeasure Research

E-Government System has developed a lot in recent years. However, at the county level and below, the development of E-Government System is disequilibrium; Inadequate investment, not enough attention, unreasonable institution setting and Lack of unified planning exist to varying degrees. More importance is attached to building, but not use.This paper explains the definition and connotation of E-Government System and the positive role it plays. Through the study of the development of E-Government System abroad, I summarized the experience of them. Combining with the experience of other countries, I objectively analyse the work carried out by the national E-Government System,especially in the Flag county government at the next higher level. Restraining factors in China's E-Government System will be stated in this paper. Correct choices to solve the problems in the development in China's E-Government System will also be shown here.
