Research On Mind Of CPC's Inter-party Relations In The New Period

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Party held in 1978, China entered a new historical stage of the reform and opening up and modernization construction; the development of mind of CPC's inter-party relations also opened a new chapter under the new international and domestic situation. From then on, Communist Party of China continuously created a new situation on practical development of inter-party relations and opened up a new realm of theoretical development of inter-party relations under the guidance of the ideological line of"emancipate the mind, seeking truth from facts". CPC's inter-party relations in the new period has pioneered and innovated with the party-building ability to improve, so the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period has also been enriched with the party-building theory to develop. Researching developmental process of mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period helps people to clearly grasp developmental innovation of mind of CPC's inter-party relations, furthermore deeply understands heritage and creativity of the times of Marxist theory of inter-party relations; helps people scientific locate its historical status throughout developmental history of inter-party relations, furthermore continuously promotes historical process of Marxist inter-party relations theory in China; helps people fully understand its essence and substance, furthermore highlights its unique charm; helps people to rational perspective experience and lessons that CPC's develops inter-party relations in the new period, deepens to understand developmental law of inter-party relations, furthermore provides an ideological guide for inter-party relations'development in new era in the new century.The thesis's stating point is scientific definition of profound meaning of inter-party relations. Then the author has fully and deeply searched generation development, basic content, salient features and values and enlightenment of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period. Firstly, the author analyzed existing some theoretical ambiguity questions in research on inter-party relations in order to provide the necessary preparations for research on the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period; then the author discussed historical inevitability and evolution process of forming the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in new period to have a complete understanding of its context; next on the basis of careful analysis and scientific induction, the author illustrated basic content, salient features of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period to strive to have a comprehensive, in-depth understanding and grasp it; lastly the author objectively and fairly analyzed its great value and enlightenment, examined practical causes of research that exploring the experience and laws of developing inter-party relations and guiding the new practice of inter-party relations, achieved the natural regression of the thesis. This basic framework of this thesis consists of the introduction and four parts.The introduction mainly defines scientific content of inter-party relations, analyzes important significance of researching mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period, reviewing academic research status on mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period, expounds basic frame and main ideas, reveals this research methods and major innovations and so on .The first part is the generation and development of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period. This part mainly expounds the context of the generation and development of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period, which provides necessary theoretical preparation and foundation for full text seeing through basic content of the mind of inter-party relations. Firstly, the generation of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period is the inevitable result of interacting the history and reality. This paper thinks that the mind of CPC's inter-party relations of classical writer Marx, Engels, Lenin and MAO Zedong is historical origin of the generation of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period, and that generation of realistic reasons are the change of the epochal theme, the change of the party and national work focus and diplomatic strategy adjustment. In addition, the traditional culture in particular "harmony thought" and "humanistic thought" deeply influence the generation of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period. Secondly, the development of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period is the necessity of historical development. According to general order of the historical development and by systematically summarizing the party's documents and the party leaders'important treatises about this problem, this paper scientifically divides developmental process of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period into three historical stages, including basic formation, rich development and innovation, which focuses on discussing development process of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period dynamically.The second part is basic content of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period. This part is the key to the paper, which mainly analyzes basic contents constitution of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period. Through the macroscopic and microscopic grasp at the paper, this part mainly elaborates basic content of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period from four aspects such as the strategic targets, basic principles, main principles and important strategies of developing CPC's inter-party relations in the new period. This paper mainly summarizes three strategic targets, the three main principles being followed, three basic development policies and the three important strategies on CPC developing inter-party relations in the new period. These four aspects reveals direction issues , position problems, strategic problems, strategy problems on developing inter-party relations, involving two levels of macroscopically guiding and micro operating ,which interact and restrain each other to mutually promote to develop the theory of CPC's inter-party relations.The third part is salient features of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period. This part mainly macroscopic discusses characteristics of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period, which is the essence of this paper. Through a rigorous logic analysis and comprehensive summary, this part innovatively refines three big features of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period including systemic, open the and pragmatic feature. Firstly, from macroscopic aspect, the mind of CPC's inter-party relations is a sub-system of the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics; from microcosmic aspect, the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period also takes on basic elements of system structure and reflects some basic characteristics as an independent system; secondly, the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period is a theoretical system advancing with the times, which constantly rich been develops based on summing up historical experiences and lessons, constantly been innovated based on absorbing excellent achievement of other discipline theories, strides forward on basis of resolving the new problem during CPC's inter-party relations practice. This part is the scientific orientation and objective evaluation, which is the foothold of the paper. This part discusses the significant influence of this theory from two aspects of major value and experience of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period. The major value of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period mainly reflects in such as: in theory it inherits and develops Marxist inter-party relations theory; in practice it directs and will continue to guide the practice of development of CPC's inter-party relations. But revealing realistic enlightenment of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period mainly aims at summing up experience and deepening the understanding of the development rule of inter-party relations. This part mainly expounds three important enlightenment "always adhering to the party's ideological line and constantly improving the inter-party relations theory and practical innovation","accurately grasping the world party political development situation and continuously converting development inter-party relations thinking";"always strengthening the party's governance capability for pointer and constantly opening up new prospects for the development of inter-party relations"in order to better guide the development of inter-party relations practice in future.Under the guidance of Marxism, this thesis uses a literature reading, logic and historical unifies and comparative research methods of longitudinal and transverse combination. Its main innovation points have such as: first of all, taking time for the latitude and taking space latitude for the woof, this paper clearly outlines the developmental process since China's reform and opening up for more than 30 years, which not only focuses on the following time as sexual, making the longitudinal grasp for the development of the theory of inter-party relations; but also pays attention to a space gender, making transverse grasp for the inter-party relations theory of each phase, achieving widely and deeply perspective of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations, which is a feature of this thesis. Next, this paper reflects organic integration of researching theory and practice of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period. Although this paper focuses on researching the mind of inter-party relations, the theory is the product of the practice. The mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period is the practical experience in this stage, so the author involves in contents in practical level of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period in the process of writing in some parts, which also reflects the development of the theory during the period to some extent. Finally, this paper scientifically sums up and deeply analyzes salient features of the mind of CPC's inter-party relations in the new period so as to scientifically understand deep content of this theory,which has been seen more in the academia and is another innovation points.
