Study On Administration By Law Of The CPC

Reform and improvement of the way of the Party's leadership and governance is a major strategic issue that Chinese Communist Party has been facing and continue to explore. The legal power to administer the country is the basic mode of the party's governance under the new historical condition. Meanwhile, the legal power to administer is an important guarantee for the rule of law. Currently the research on the legal power to administer is still in the exploratory stage. With the continuous improvement and maturity of our party's ruling idea, Theorists must carry out the research on the legal power to administer like fire, so this will enrich and innovative theory of the proletarian party in power and propose new ideas and ways for the some real problems existed in the society.As for the Chinese Communist Party, the legal power to administer mainly includes three aspects: government's administration according to the law, the judiciary's independent and impartial practice of judicial power, and the party's legislation and compliance with the law as a leadership. It is an approach to achieving the legal power to administer for the Chinese Communist Party to correctly understand and handle the relationship between the party's policy and the law, reform and improvement of the governance system and the strength of the Party's institution building.
