Along with the science and technology and the economy's rapid growing, the informationization, knowledge-based and complication government administration work set a higher request to official's quality and the synthesizing capacity day by day. Officials as participants in the modernization and government reforming, theirs quality and synthesizing capacity influence construction and reforming advancement directly. Along with the reduction of obsolescence's knowledge cycle, requesting the officials to have the ability and the elastic thought of adapting environmental variation and officials'training is the main method to obtain new knowledge, providing recent information and as also the important way to speed up the modernization's construction and the government's reform. The establishment of Xinjiang Tacheng area's official training is summarizes of the experience of our country's cadre training. The official training as the important way to improve the Tacheng area officials'quality influences Tacheng area government's work directly. The consummation of current Tacheng area officials'training system is the necessary request of the Tacheng area to adopt the current situation at home and aboard. At present, the Tacheng area officials training is insufficiently in some aspects, such as the theory and actual comes apart, the obsolescence of knowledge, lacking of fresh idea, the organization arrange and supports, the curriculum is unreasonable, the training organization is few and lack of competition and so on. The reasons of these questions mainly are the idea to know that does not arrive, the training funds relative insufficiency, lacking of training demand analysis, the training way is unitary, and the incentive mechanism is imperfect. The paper analyzes the training need separately from the officials' own knowledge, the cognition of quality, promotion of the knowledge and ability, the most expected arrangement of training style and time and so on. This article on the basic of opening out the Tacheng area official training's the existing questions, and unifies the research results of the domestic and foreign developed areas'the official training, proposing the improvement countermeasures from the training idea's renewal, the training organization's conformity, the training content's improvement, the outstanding teachers' cultivation, the training method's innovation, the fund development and the incentive mechanism perfect and so on, and I hope that can inspire the new pattern to establish the Xinjiang Tacheng area official training.
