The Present Situation And Construction Path Of Teachers' Professional Ethics In Xinjiang Middle School

China is in the process of transforming the development mode,transforming the economic structure and transforming the growth momentum,and the economic development from the high-speed growth stage to the new process of high-quality development,but the structural contradiction between the supply and demand of high-quality technical skills talents remains protruding.On March 5,2019,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in the "Government Work Report" that higher vocational colleges had enrolled 1 million people on a large scale this year.This requires accelerating the development of modern vocational education,expanding effective supply on the basis of optimizing the talent structure,and providing talent support for promoting economic and social development and improving national competitiveness.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must not only train students' vocational skills,but also focus on cultivating students' professionalism,transforming demographic dividends into human resources dividends,improving overall human resource quality,thereby improving product and service quality and total factor productivity,and promoting high Vocational students have become the high-end force in the global industry of Chinese industry.This paper is based on the research background of economic development and higher vocational education expansion,and uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and comprehensive analysis method to carry out research.The introduction part of the thesis expounds the research background,research significance,domestic and international research review and research methods.The main body of the paper mainly includes the following three aspects:Firstly,it summarizes the basic concepts of vocational spirit of students in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang.It mainly has the meaning,content and characteristics of professional spirit,and provides theoretical basis for the relevant research on the cultivation of vocational spirit of higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang.Five aspectsdiscuss the necessity of the cultivation of vocational spirit of students in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang.Secondly,based on the analysis of the investigation,the current achievements and problems of the vocational spirit training of the higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang are obtained.On this basis,the deeper reasons for the problems are explored.Thirdly,according to the literature research and actual research,the author optimizes the training environment of the vocational spirit of the higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang,strengthens the construction of the subject and object of the vocational spirit training in Xinjiang higher vocational colleges,and insists on the cultivation of the professional spirit of the higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang.The main channels of classroom teaching,the "practical education" atmosphere of the vocational spirit training of Xinjiang higher vocational colleges and the training mode of the professional spirit of the students in Xinjiang higher vocational colleges,the construction of vocational spirit of Xinjiang higher vocational college students Cultivate and put forward rationalization proposals.It aims to contribute to the implementation of the overall goal of Xinjiang's work,the realization of education in Xinjiang higher vocational colleges,and the training of higher vocational talents in Xinjiang.
