The Research On The Information Publicity System Of Chinese Government

Being one of the basic directions of modern state administrative, government information disclosure is an effective tool that protects the citizens' right, enhances the government's management level, and accelerates the change of government functions. The information disclosure system has been initially established in governments at all levels, to some extent, making the subject, object, content, and method quite clear and specific, publicity of government information, and establishing the insurance system. However, due to the imperfection of the administrative power system, the traditional concept and other reasons, the information disclosure system still exists some problems like the ineffective running, imperfect insurance system. Information disclosure system of American, Japan and countries like that--whose relative construction are better--should be borrowed adequately in order to perfect and regulate all kinds of basic items of government information disclosure system and the relative insurance system. Besides that, development approaches that suits to the currency situation of China should be explored which do good to improve the degree of information disclosure and realize and protect citizen's right to know.
