Foresters' Legal Consciousness Factors

This paper takes random sampling questionnaire survey method of questionnaire investigation objects. Using the data of survey software SPSS 13.0 to do cross and correlation analysis, it tries to find personal basic situation, the law-popularized work and social objective conditions how to influence the foresters' legal consciousness. Among the factors, the basic individual cases conclude the age factor, work factors and cultural level. The law-popularized work concludes the contents and forms to expand the foresters' legal consciousness. Objective social situations, pay attention on the influence of the media and the judicial and law enforcement.Study found that personal basic situation, the age factor's influence is insignificant, but job factors' and cultural level's are more significant; The content of the law-popularized work acts a lot, and the influences of different ways differ from one another; Among objective social situations, the media and the justice and law enforcement all have direct influence on the foresters' legal consciousness. What's more, any factor acts more on Foresters' known of the law than the application of rules on the whole. Most factors act little on foresters' legal emotion, and some even make negative effect.According to the above conclusions, this paper analyzes related reasons and gives suggestions to related work.
