Rural left-behind children appeared in the context of social transformation in China is a special and vulnerable groups,according to the data,the number of rural children left behind in China has reached tens of millions.If the problems of the children left behind in rural areas can be resolved,it will benefit not only to the health of rural children left behind themselves,but also to the implementation of new rural construction and social harmony and stability.Study the left-behind rural children's social support system,will enables us to better understand the origin of left-behind children in rural areas and the causes which lead to the problems of rural children left behind.In this paper,Si Lake Town of children left behind of Yuanjiang City in Hunan Province is the research object,through questionnaires,unstructured interviews and literature,the author obtained the first-hand information and other related papers.The author will analyze the rural left-behind children's situation by their learning,mental health,moral behavior and security status and so on.According to the macro level, the author divide the children's social support system to family support system,schood support system,government support system and social support system,then analyze the status of each support system and the causes of left-behind children's problems,By the investigation the author found that the issue of left-behind rural childen's support system didn't fully play its important impact to the solutions of the rural children's problems,such as parents lack the emotional support to the children left behind,the school's formal support is not perfect,the central government policy support is not enough and the negative impact of adverse social environment.At last,the author conclude the conclusions of this study and inadequate reasearch,and provide a viable measures and recommendations to improve the rural left-behild children's support system:The government should strengthen macroeconomic management and improve the relavant policies;parents and guardian should change their educational philosophy to create a good family atmosphere; schools shoud enhance their sence of responsibility for children left behind in rural areas;community should gather more power to increase their abilty to support the rural children left behind.
