As one of the many incentive theory, comprehensive incentive model of Porter-Lawler has been widely applied to enterprise human resources management. How to put the model into effective incentive for our country college-graduate village official to improve the college-graduate village official's enthusiasm of construction of socialist new countryside is a worthy of discussion. This thesis attempt to study China's college-graduate village official incentive mechanism, with the comprehensive incentive model of Porter-Lawler being as analysis framework, and puts forward some useful exploration of construction of our country's college-graduate village official incentive mechanism. This thesis emphasize that we should correctly understand the relationship among effort, performance, reward and satisfaction, should be good at making use of post incentive, performance incentive, reward incentive to eliminate college-graduate village official's dissatisfaction with their work, should be good at stimulating college-graduate village official's working enthusiasm and initiative, in the process of motivating college-graduate village official team.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part of this thesis consists of the introduction, background and significance of topics, literature review, research methods, framework, and innovations of this thesis. The second part of this thesis is theory overview which mainly introduces the plan of college-graduate village official, college-graduate village official incentive mechanism and the analysis framework of this thesis which is the comprehensive incentive model of Porter-Lawler. The third part of this thesis is status analysis which first introduces the policy of college-graduate village official incentive mechanism and questionnaire of the existing problems about college-graduate village official,and then is an analysis of college-graduate village official incentive mechanism's plight which is mainly comprehensive and systematic analysis of existing problems that are among effort, performance, reward, satisfaction in the process of management of college-graduate village official, with the comprehensive incentive model of Porter-Lawler being as analysis framework. The fourth part of this thesis is a discussion and research of countermeasure which is about constructing 3P incentive mechanism, namely post incentive, performance incentive and reward incentive, with an analysis being based on comprehensive incentive model of Porter-Lawler. |
