Research On Transition Of The Primary Organizations Under The Background Of Rural Reorganination

Since the reform and opening policy, with market economy developing rapidly, the farmer's reorganization becomes prominent phenomenon in vast rural areas. On the one hand, the Communist Party of China and Chinese Government reorganize the peasants, for example, new countryside construction of socialis, Coordinating Urban-Rural Development, Community development;on the other hand,the peasants' reorganization has developmented by organization of economy of farmer major collaboration, community Economic Co-operation.The government always persists in the principle of "mainly volunteering, service and various forms" in new stage.The rural pirimary organizations of CPC have to face to new issues and challenges in the new period. Because the grass- roots organizations of the Party don't-adapt to the development of new situation, many kinds of questions are discovered.For example,we don't respect the wishes of farmers. The overall quality of the contingent of rural grassroots cadres needs to improve significantly.The activities of party organization become a mere formality and lack vigour.The education for Party membership is relatively backward. Besides,the rural primary organizations of CPC meet the serious challenge. The work was hard sledding after the reform of the rural expenses of taxation.The grass- roots organizations of the Party, which underpin the work of the Party and its effectiveness, should constantly work on their self-improvement in response to the new situation and new tasks.
