Legislative Solution To The Preventiveand Manipulative Mechanism Of Ethnic Group Events

Nowadays, China is undergoing economic and social transition, which brings up various contradictions, conflicts, and ethnic group events, especially in Tibet, Xinjiang and other ethnic areas.That brings great damage to the national sovereignty,territorial security and social stability.The importance of ethnic issues are self-evident.The are not only related to domestically social stability and economic development, but also to the national sovereignty and territorial security. As one of China's five minority autonomous regions,although Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is overall harmony and stable, there also exits ethnic group events occasionally.Therefore,we need to be prepared though we are now harmony and stable,and pay great attention to the potential, budding and tendentious ethnic issues.Now,the government is concentrating on resolving social conflicts.To our minority ethnic areas,resolving ethnic conflicts,especially ethnic group events,is favorable to maintaining our good situation of stability and unity, promoting out national prosperity,playing important role in barrie security and stability.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is an overview of ethnic group events.Firstly,briefly Introduce the legal definition of group events and ethnic group events. Secondly,briefly summary the tendency and basic characteristics of ethnic group events in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Finally, analysis reasons for ethnic group events from different point of view. The second part is the status and operation of preventive and manipulative mechanism of ethnic group events,mainly in Inner Mongolia. The third part is to find legislative solution to the preventive and manipulative mechanism of ethnic group events. Firstly,analysis the legal basis of the power of local legislation.Secondly, summarise general principle of mediating ethnic group events.Finally,discuss contents of the legal legislation.
