The Research Of Open Selecting And Appointing Cadres System

With the gradual deepening of the party and the country's political system reformation, the work of selecting and appointing cadres are advancing constantly. The public recommendation and selecting system is a ground-breaking initiative of our reform of the cadre and personnel system, which is associated with the whole society. How to select and appoint the cadres who are reliable in politics, capable in development and trusted by people to the leading positions is a common concern of the whole society. Therefore, the whole community are paying more and more attention to the public recommendation and selecting system. The work in this paper has meaning not only to the development of cadre selection and appointment system theoretically, but also to the deepening political restructuring and promotion the construction of political civilization comprehensively greatly.The development history and status of our open selecting and appointing cadres system are analyzed systematically, the problems in the public recommendation and selecting system and their counter-measures are illustrated in this paper. The construction thought, construction goal and the specific implementation model of the public recommendation and selecting system of the work of selecting and appointing cadres of Ordos under the new situation are proposed, based on the analysis of the implementation status of the public recommendation and selecting system in Ordos, with Ordos as the research object.
