The development of social civilization is measured by the comprehensive qualities of the citizen, which can be improved by the cultural construction of urban community. Cultural construction of urban community can also enhance the Cultural development of the community and foster the comprehensive developments of the whole society by entertaining and cultivating the local residents.Through Cultural activities of the community, the residents can know and understand each other; finally they can become good friends. In this process people can enhance sense of belonging and sense of identity to the community.
