Changsha Yuelu District Community Public Culture Construction Research Problem

Community culture construction level and the residents quality of life is inseparable,it as the basis of the socialist culture,not only determines the residents quality of life,but also affects the community as well as the stability of the whole society. In this paper,based on the research of scholars both at home and abroad,using the theory of urban community culture construction,combined with the present situation of urban community culture construction in China,with the development of community culture construction in Changsha Yuelu district as a case,studies the problems of urban community culture construction in our country and the improvement measures.This paper on the research background and purpose,as well as theoretical and practical significance has carried on the profound analysis,then integrate the related research of scholars both at home and abroad,through concrete image of the figure summarizes the research idea of article framework in this paper,we study the system of thought and research method,and then analyzed in this paper,we study the innovation and the insufficiency. Then analyzed the relevant theoretical basis of urban community culture construction,from the theoretical level analysis of the meaning of urban community culture construction and the basic principles. And then discusses the current stage in our country in the urban community culture construction in the process of related actual condition and some existing problems,and further points out that the cause of the problem. After combining with practice,the paper analyzes the current situation of the community culture construction in Changsha Yuelu,existing problems and reasons,through the data analysis of Yuelu district community culture construction,find the root cause of the problem,and as a guide,emphasized the importance of strengthening the construction of urban community culture. And then put forward the relevant policies and measures of perfecting our country's city community cultural construction.
