By the year of 2010, the number the new generation of the peasant workers has been up to 1 billion, which is account for at least 60% of the whole number of the peasant workers, the new generation of the peasant workers are not only the main body of the peasant workers, but also the important part of our industry workers. The employability of the new generation of the peasant workers affect the quality of work and life, simultaneously it also has close relationship with a country or region's industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, the stability and development of society. The pearl river delta region is on the front of China's economic reform and opening, and now it is on the key period of"double shift". So the research on the ability of the new generation of peasant workers is very meaningful, as the employability is very important to maintain and enhance regional competitiveness.Based on the exsisting research of the employability and its influencing factors, make the exploration and empirical analysis on the employability and its influencing factors of the new generation of the peasant workers in the pearl river delta region. The whole paper includes six parts: in the first part briefly describes the research background, purpose and meaning, and introduces the research content and framework, research methods and possible innovations. The second part is a brief review and evaluation about employability and its influencing factors research. The third part analyzes factors affecting employability of new generation of workers, and then put forward theoretical assumptions on the basis of series of related research, construct specific research framework of employability and its influencing factors of the new generation of peasant workers. The fourth part through the distributing and collecting of questionnaires to collect , use SPSS software to deal with data, then make validation on assumptions of third part, then discover that new generation of the peasant workers has stronger employability, the effect of three influncing factors: individual factors, individual environment factors and macro environment factors on employablity are different in direction and degree . The fifth part puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures from individuals,family,enterprise and society aspects, which is based on aboving study, The final part analyzes research existing restrictions and inadequate, showing further research direction.
