Farmers' Legal Consciousness

China is a huge developing agricultural country, the development of rural areas holds the balance of the whole country's modernization course, "If there is no legality in china's rural areas there is no legality in china as a whole." The legal system construction in rural areas is the most important strategy in china's legal system construction. The farmers' legal consciousness is the rooted spiritual factor and constitutes the fundamental part of the rural rule-by-law course, and even the whole country's nomocracy construction.With the development of rural economy and increasing openness, the farmers' legal consciousness has been greatly improved, they are gradually understanding and accepting the law and the thought of being ruled by law. Research on farmers'legal consciousness is of great significance, for promoting the rural legalization process and building a socialist country ruled by law.First of all, the legal consciousness of farmers is conductive to maintain the stability of the rural society and build a harmonious new countryside. Under the current new economic situation, the interests subject appear multiplication tendency, in addition to face the traditional family disputes and neighbourhood disputes, all kinds of new type of disputes involving the interests of farmers are increasing. But, because of the weak legal awareness of farmers, they can not take legitimate and effective settlement mechanism, only depends on the strength of tradition, but lead to the intensification of conflicts seriously affect cause contradiction, which seriously impact the stability of rural society.Secondly, the legal consciousness of farmers is in favor of creating New Farmers and achieving the goal the rule of law. New farmers should not only has strong skills ability, understand technology and business management, but also has higher legal quality. Strengthening the cultivation of the legal consciousness of farmer and enhancing its concept of legal system, in order to make the main body of the rule of law in rural areas know their rights and obligations, and can exercise their rights in practice, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests and conscientiously perform their duties in line with legal norms.However, the situation of awareness of the law in farmer is not optimistic. In this paper, By entering the village personally and interviewing the farmers, the author takes Ding Xing, Ding Xing, Bao Ding, He Bei Province as an example to analyze the situation of the farmers'legal consciousness. In the first chapter, on the theory of legal consciousness of farmers to be explained, especially the rural farmers' awareness of the law to analyze the significance of the rule of law. In the second chapter, the basis of the farmers' law awareness is drawn up and the causes are analyzed on the basis of field research in the Ding Xing area in the rural, of the inspect of the legal awareness of the farmers constitution of the legal awareness of the level of legal knowledge, the current evaluation of the law, the rights and obligations. In the third chapter, put forward some proposals for the legal system construction in rural areas, such as the strengthening legislation and law enforcement in rural areas, the innovation of legal advocacy and so on.
