The fifth part, explored the way to raise farmers’legal awareness. By improving the rural legislation and law enforcement system, aswell as a matching legal system, developing the rural economy and public utilities,rural culture, education and legal system publicity, building a new model of ruraldispute resolution, and developing the rural economy and other aspects.Comprehensive analysis of how to improve farmers’ legal awareness, to promoterural development of the rule of law, and put forward some suggestions for our newsocialist countryside construction.
