Government-led is the most distinctive features in our government's poverty alleviation in rural areas.The government not only make the poverty alleviation policies but also put it into practice. so it is very important whether the poverty alleviation policies are reasonable or not.These two factors are the keys to the success of poverty relief in rural areas.Specially the poverty in our rural areas faces many new situations.The causes of poverty are becoming more complicated.Various original or new poverty problems in rural incomplete social security system have come out.The theme and task of the government's management varies with the development of the economic society.Obviously, there is a serious challenge to our traditional policy of helping the poverty-stricken people in rural areas compared with those in new period.As the main body of the poverty government,besides guarantee people the basic living,the government has to undertake more responsibilities. It is proved that the regulation and optimization of the government behaviors is a good cut-in point and breakthrough to response to the difficulty of current poverty policy.It is also the reason and purpose of this text, a research focusing on the government behaviors in the policy of helping people in rural areas.Based on this,the paper will first analyze the new features and challenges in poverty relief.Then further explore the root causes of the past poverty alleviation system,points out that government action in rural poverty reduction problems, Corresponding adjustments made to achieve the optimal path to scientific and poverty reduction in rural poverty reduction efficiency improvement,And ultimately achieve the purpose of effective elimination of rural poverty.
