Study On Government Behavior In Poverty Alleviation By Rural Tourism In HQ Town Of Quanzhou City

Rural tourism is not only an important industry benefiting and enriching the people,but also an important factor promoting economic development.Therefore,tourism poverty alleviation has become one of the important contents of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation.At the same time,whether the government's behavior can produce effect in rural tourism poverty alleviation determines its sustainable development degree.This paper takes the government behavior of HQ town in Quanzhou as the research object,takes the government behavior of HQ town in rural tourism poverty alleviation as the basic framework,starts from defining the government behavior,the government behavior in rural tourism and other related concepts,uses the endogenous development theory and the government function theory for reference,uses the methods of questionnaire survey and interview to locate the government behavior in the rural tourism development of HQ town in Quanzhou,and then through the This paper uses case study method to analyze the specific behavior of HQ town government in rural tourism poverty alleviation project,and then analyzes the positive behavior,improper behavior and impact of the government in rural tourism poverty alleviation,analyzes the reasons behind the improper behavior,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the government behavior in rural tourism development of HQ town in Quanzhou City.It is found that in recent years,the government of HQ town in Quanzhou City has made great efforts to cultivate and support the development of rural tourism.It has promoted the all-round development of rural economy and led the people to go further and further on the road of poverty alleviation.But at the same time,there are also some problems in the government's behavior in the tourism poverty alleviation of HQ town at this stage,which has a lot to do with its unclear function positioning in the development of rural tourism,the lack of long-term scientific planning,the imperfect power restriction and supervision mechanism,and the biased concept of poverty alleviation of some officials.In view of this,this paper combines the successful and effective government behavior in the rural tourism poverty alleviation industry in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the specific government behavior in the rural tourism poverty alleviation industry in HQ Town,Quanzhou City: first,change the concept of tourism poverty alleviation;second,establish regulations and reasonable planning;third,strengthen the public service of tourism poverty alleviation;fourth,innovate the management mechanism of tourism poverty alleviation.
