Research On Civil Servants' Incentive Mechanism Of Guangxi Local Tax Bureau

Nowadays, every government takes notice that civil servants must be the most precious resources for government, in order to full scoop out the wisdom and ability of civil servants which is used by government, the government has to recognize the shortages of national civil servants'incentive mechanism and then find the solutions out ,complete the civil servants'incentive mechanism and make it circulate well. Civil servants of Guangxi local tax bureau is an important component part of national civil servant, it is responsible for collecting tax and governing tax by law. Since Guangxi local tax bureau was established , it has focused on improving civil servants ,but civil servants'incentive mechanism of Guangxi local tax bureau still has many problems ,these problems affect civil servants'positivity and efficiency. And how to establish a reasonable and effective incentive mechanism to promote tax work efficiency has become an important demand for tax work sustainable development. On the base of elaborating the basic concept and the related theoretical basis, this paper researches on the current situation of civil servants'incentive mechanism of Guangxi local tax bureau comprehensively and deeply, it points out the existing problems and analyzes the causes, at last, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing civil servants'incentive mechanism of Guangxi local tax bureau, which is based on referencing civil servant incentive mechanism of the western countries and other domestic civil servants system.
