| As the development of market economy, the action of premium sale plays a very important role in fiercer competition of world trade. Premium sale has two sides. If we use its advantages properly, it can stimulate consumer consumption and promote the development of socialism market economy. If we cannot, it will produce false market guidelines and reduce the competition efficiency of the market. Nowadays, our country's socialism market economy is just at early stage, the action of premium sale has its unique characteristics. So, we must be issued a series of laws about premium sale to protect consumer's interests and rights, to improve the efficiency of market economy, and to strengthen the operation of existing laws.Recently, the research of premium sale is all in area of economics. But as the developing of market economy, it is more and more important to research it in law area. In China, because the market economy sets up more later, the research of premium sale is not deep going. Because we have no clear idea about the concept, form, legal responsibilities and some basic knowledge of premium sale, so when we meet some problems, we have no ways to solve them. If we cannot resolve these problems properly, our country's socialism market economy will produce lot of contradictions and the fair competition will be broken.The text has six chapters, putting up questions about premium sale, analysing and solving them. Chapter one and two are to show the concept, type and characteristic of premium sale. Chapter three is to show the purpose of researching premium sale. Chapter four is putting up and analysing the questions about the action of premium sale with a lottery and the action of premium sale with an additional gift. Chapter five is to compare with the law of some developed courties and learn the advanced experiences. Chapter six is to show the ways how to modify our competitive law.
