Research In Establishment Of Peasant-worker Social Security System In Western Regions

As the development of economy and society, more and more farmers pour into cities with the thirst for wealth after reforming and opening of our country and gradually form a huge number of farmer groups. Farmer workers make great contributions to cities after they come to cities, but they do not receive reward corresponding to their contribution. Instead, they are under the condition of being deserted for a long time and have not enjoy social protection that they deserve in accordance with economic and social development. In the recent years, central committee of the party and state council pay special attention to farmers'problems and release Number One document collecting with Chinese three-dimensional rural issues, but at present farmer workers'problems are still the obstacles that plaguing Chinese economic development. The farmer workers'social security system has direct relationship with the building of harmonious society and stability of society. Therefore, doing research on farmer workers'social security system has very important theoretical and realistic significance.This essay does research on farmer workers'social security system of Dingxi city, Gansu Province by deeply investigating and analyzing the present situation of farmer workers in Dingxi. Based on substantial and theoretical research, the author put forward some relative strategies aiming at the development of social security system of the farmer workers in Dingxi. At the same time, by analyzing relative farmer workers'classical comments of other countries and the problems that farmer worker in developing countries and developed countries face and strategies to solve them, the paper exploratory analyses the problems that farmer workers face. Because there are similarities between problems that farmer workers in Dingxi face and western farmers face, the author analyses the special problems of western farmer workers'farmer workers'social security system, and on this basis, it looks for building models and strategies for farmer workers social protection in Dingxi and it makes every effort to make great breakthroughs in research on farmer workers'social security system.
