Under the force of national economic structure adjusting, stated enterprises have slowly shortened in some business, it means that the stated capital will insteaded by individual capital in the some line. From the end of 80s in last century, the individual capital have been come into resistance-making line, the competition is very hard because of the low entry barrier. At the beginning of 90s,the new product Stainless Steel Resistance appeared, by now the product is at the growing phrase in its lifecycle, manufacture technology has matured, the inner competition is more sever. Dalian Yingxi Company has been set up under such environment, the turnover is not satisfy at the beginning, so the order of this thesis is to study the above questions and find the answers.After diagnosis, the marketing questions have been found out for the company, then we have consulted many specialist, and collected a lot of materials. On the basis of that, the internal and external environment have been analysed, and the main 4 competitors being analysed at the side of strategy, ability, and trend. Next the company development stratagem has been established. With the market subdivision, target market has been established and the demand condition has been analyzed according to the company resource. At last the marketing target and tactics come into being. The conclusion is as following, after studying marketing of company:First, the target focusing and speediness strategy are important weapons according to the company resource, when making the marking tactics for the developing company.Second, the developing company must have specific market orientation, utilize owned advantage and characters.Third, the marking will be more important than manufacture. In the preparing period, although the marketing and production have been already arranged, there are more controlled factors in the manufacture than in marketing. So the production surplus and marketing shortage will be common phenomena. The more resource should be put in marketing at the beginning of company, for developing smoothly.This research will provide the consult for Yingxi company improving marketing decisions, at the same time provide the reference for the similar company developing marketing.
