Labor transferring brings the rural society many effects. Through field work in Beijing mountain area, we analysis what effects to the rural land use by labor transferring. Firstly, labor transferring accelerates subcontract of rural cultivated land usufruct, affects the scale of peasants' cultivated land, is the precondition of the farmer and agricultural enterprise collecting land, and creates favorable condition to optimum-scale farm management. Secondly, labor transferring affects the agricultural planting structure which trends singleness, descend of multi-cropping system index. Thirdly, the rural labor return from town change the unused and badlands into orchard that intercrop cereals with high capital input and high yield. Fourthly, there are differences between the part-time peasant and full-time peasant on capital input and labor input in evidence. Due to the labor transferring, labor input of part-time agricultural family decreased but capital input increased; whereas the peasant returns from town increase their capital and labor input to land. Hold the rule between labor changing and land use is of far reaching importance to lay down either land use policy or agricultural policy.
