More and more organizations today face a dynamic and competitive environment that, in turn, requires these organizations to focus on business strategy and strategic human resource management. The major purpose of this study is to emphasize performance management in its role as an effective mechanism for mentoring and controlling strategy implementation and as the core and basis of human resource management.Aiming at the problem that how to link performance management with strategy, This thesis used a private enterprise BBJ co. ltd as an example to study the relationship between strategy and performance management, the study starts from the present situation of the company by utilizing the relevant modern performance management theories. From the company's strategy, according to the sequence of organization -flow-department (or team) -individual performance. The organization strategy objective is decomposed and balanced to operable goals, then the action of individual and team. The method of implementation of strategy-oriented performance management system, including five essential parts, namely performance objective system, performance index system, performance management process, performance regulation design is presented and discussed in detail on the basis of the latest.
