ABIS project, (i.e. province data centre construction and extending), is one of focused project that should be completed by 2002. Because ABIS possesses properties of integration and standardization, it need higher level of management, staff character, account management, science and technology, and equipment of the branch. The traditional management method cannot meet the needs of ABIS project obviously. Therefore, it is very necessary to standardize ABIS project through enforcing project management.ABIS project is a systematic project that is consisted of a series of projects which both relate and distinguish each other.
