The article analyzed deeply into the BPR function in sales companies through TCL's success. It supposes that the competition among the sales companies is efficiency competition. Speed is very an important factor, The speed leads the operation efficiency of companies. No-speed companies hardly exit in the competition. Speed is the life for business, and it embodies the efficiency of cash flow. And improving the efficiency of cash flow constantly is the key for the core competition. The article begins from cash process, and then reengineers the cash process using BPR theory, according to TCL success and the new competition environment. All these are in order to improve the cash operation efficiency of companies, and build the competition of the sales companies.From the structure, firstly it divides the cash flow process into purchase process, inventory process, and sales process, and analyzes the reason for CBPR (Cash Business Process Reengineering), and then advances the rules and methods of CBPR( Cash Business process Reengineering). Secondly, it analyzed the disadvantages of the three tradition processes, and points out the reason in process affecting cash turnover efficiency, and then reengineers cash business process in order to echo on the customers quickly and quicken cash flow.
