A Study On Modern Service Industry Investment Environment Of WuHan

In developed countries modern service industry has become the part of the economy which grows the fastest and a new economy growth point. Since there is great disparity between the level of different kinds of service industries of China and the advanced one of the world, accelerating its open to the world is the main measures of enhancing international competitive power. China has been in the process of totally constructing well-off society and it is very necessary to develop prosperous service industry in order to boost the modernization of our socialism. It brought about clearly "accelerate developing the modern service industry and increase the rate of the tertiary industry in the national economy" in the 16th Session of People's Representatives of Chinese Communist Party. So we must develop modern service industry and make its open fields as the main contents of participating widely in the international competition and joining in the economy globalization. But our modern service industry lagged far behind the world in many areas and it has been the "bottle-neck" of restricting economy growth. The lag of modern service industry has restricted accumulation and effective use of capital, growth of manpower capital, improvement of technology innovation ability, and effective development of the market. Therefore, the research on the investment environment of urban modern service industry of Wuhan helps to develop our urban modern service industry and redounds to the fast growth of regional economy.The dissertation is divided into six sections and discussed the Modern Service Industry Investment Environment of WuHan.Section 1: Introduction. This part discussed the studying backgrounds and significance of the title and studying results of modern service industry and investment environment of it both inside and outside our country. Based on some theory explanations related to studies on service industry economy and investment environments, studying framework was put forward.Section 2: Modern service industry and investment environment of it. According to different classification methods of the tertiary industry in the world and diverse cognitions of modern service industry, this part brought about a reasonable conception of urban modern service mdustry of China considering needs of development polices of our service industry based on existing and related materials of modern service industry. Also it expatiated on the characteristics of urban modern service industry and confirmed the range of modern service industry of Wuhan. With reference to related notions of investment environment, connotations and characteristics of investment environment of modern service industry were dissertated.Section 3: Developing conditions of investment on modern service industry of Wuhan. Borrowing ideas from developments of Wuhan service industry in the past 20 years, the part drew the conclusion of developing characteristics of Wuhan service industry such as slow development, gradual increase on rate of GDP, fast growth amplitude of investment, obvious investment benefits and absorbing amounts of labor force. It also analyzed the contribution of Wuhan modern service industry to urban development and investment development trend of several economy sections included in Wuhan modern service industry.Section 4: Analysis and evaluations on investment environment of Wuhan modern service industry.
